Linda Shestock, LMFT, SEP
Linda is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has been working with families and children for more than twenty-five years. Her background includes education, organizational development, program and financial management in community nonprofits and clinical practice.
She is currently in private practice in Palm Springs and Upland. Her practice focus includes relationship issues, marital and pre-marital counseling, parenting, family transition, depression, anxiety or fears, divorce or separation, domestic abuse or violence, child abuse, trauma and PTSD, loss or grief and spiritual issues. Linda brings a holistic focus to her practice that is integrated into traditional modalities. She is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a body awareness focus that restores self-regulation and returns a sense of aliveness, relaxation and wholeness to traumatized individuals.
