Tracy McKenney, Financial Specialist
Money can be a battleground in a divorce.
As the Neutral Financial Professional in your divorce case, Tracy is sensitive to the emotions tied to money, assets and debts. She can help both parties gather their Assets, Debts, Income and Expenses. We review your financial information and work on immediate financial issues
We also look at life after the divorce - Do you want to send your children to college? Can one of you stay in the primary residence or does it need to be sold? What assets will you have to retire on?
We complete the Assets and Debts, Income and Expenses documents required for the court forms. Tracy consults with both parties on the financial issues connected with your marital dissolution and provide financial guidance, planning, and budgeting throughout. Using specialized software, she is able to run multiple property division scenarios for you (what-if scenarios) for you to review. She also guides you to look at the long term outcomes and the after-tax implications of different property division scenarios.
When the financial information is ready and documented, Tracy returns it to your attorney(s) to review and assist you in the property division negotiations.
Tracy is a member of International Association of Collaborative Professionals, member and Treasurer of the Collaborative Divorce Solutions in Orange County, member of the Collaborative Divorce Services of Coachella Valley and the Financial Planning Association.
